[/quote] Essientally Riot's thinking is that global ults are ain't fun esp. teleportation ones such a panth and TF. Now Destiny is what makes TF so scary the fact that if you overextend past level 6 he can be there. Then he is a 1v1 champion, so he can screw over those who recall. So Riot looks at Panths, and TF's ult, and says lets put a range on them this way they can't be everywhere. @Lazukin Yeah, but they might not buff his abillites. So if they are like "oh he is okay without buffs", and that would piss TF players off. Jun and I are essientaly holding our breaths for the buffs.[/quote]
