He used his ulti in the last second to escape his incoming destiny.
Pantheon wasn't actually nerfed for his Ultimate.
His kit was too strong after they nerfed his Spear, and buffed his HSS.
So, they nerfed his stun.
Then they nerfed his HSS again, without buffing anything.
Nerfed Q, W, E = Useless champ.
They buffed his Ultimate a little, but because of the TF problem, they were afraid to touch Pantheon again.

Actually, yes! I think we can get this in the next patch or two - the tech is looking good. While this means a good, solid TF nerf (maybe coupled with buffs, have to see if needed)....this means one very important thing....
Pantheon can be buffed/fixed!
