Personally I hate fighting Vayne, Vladimir, or Evelynn right now. There are others but I will post them as the thread goes.

Vlad's annoying as hell. Tryn used to be annoying but, that was before I started getting good with Pick A Card....

Trynd isn't that bad since I have started playing Nocturne. But I also don't like Twisted Fate his ulti is super annoying if he is good.

Rumble and Vayne. They are way too good.
But Karthus, Tryndamere and Kassadin is also annoying
How to play LoL:
Don't feed.
Last hit minions.
Feed yourself on Evelynn and Twitch.

Karthus ( Ult is beyond annoying ) ,
Shen ( Ult saves lifes whenever I want a kill ),
TF ( Ult the BDing just pisses me off )

Teemo is anti-fun.

What are you supposed to do against a ranged AD carry who has explodable wards, a poison, and a freaking dart that blinds you?

Most annoying champion in the game. If you can 1v1 a fed Teemo successfully, kudos.
