Urgot, though for some reason I never play against him. Uhm Teemo can be annoying, Eve can be annoying (but twitch is 1000x more), Blitz is ****ing annoying as ****, Jax is annoying as ****. Mundo, and Chogath are ****ing annoying too...
So in order:
Blitz (a good blitz CAN ****ING GRAB YOU IN BETWEEN MINIONS OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG, impossible to harass blit'z laning partner if they are smart)
Jax (mainly because of Considereth >.>)
Mundo (Infinite heal, pretty good damage...and if you focus him you are ripped apart by others)
Chogath (rupture and feast has ****ed up so many of my kills, not even funny)
Urgot (mainly cause i've only played against him once)
Twitch (BD'ing inhibs and turrets like a bawws...)
So in order:
