There isn't. You should've been automatically promoted. The only moments when automatic promotion to scout or editor doesn't happen is if you already have another title (like tournament admin or something) or if you are very naughty :P

Yeah, for me, the Video Contributor title stopped me from getting Scout, so it's possible that it's done the same with Editor. You can try seeing if it's manually available in your profile.
Edit Profile -> Title: Editor -> Title: Scout (if available)
If not, then it seems like a bug. Ask Mowen to change it manually.

I finally got 150 Rep a couple weeks ago, but I haven't gotten the scout rank yet. IIRC, the autopromote rep threshold for scout rank was 150 Rep. I was wondering what was going on, and if there is anything I need to do on my part to get promoted.
