I added the rank 6 costs and cooldowns to the tooltip.
If you can provide the cost for
Heavenly Wave as well, I can update the final piece of Karma's kit while I'm at it. (I'm assuming the cooldown doesn't scale according to the database)

Hmm... I'm having funny thoughts of Riot making it so that Udyr can put up to 6 points on his skills.
Level6 Phoenix would be beastly.
Or maybe let any of them go up to 18.

Phoenix stance - The fire of penta-kills
Turtle stance - You can't break a turtle shell that's as big as baron...
Tiger stance - Dude... Do you think your Soraka could... heal my champion's... umm... entire torso...?
Bear stance - He will hit you into the next game; no really, the stun will last 40 minutes and you'll have to queue into another game.

But he doesn't have an ultimate. He's suppose to be stronger then normal.
I just think
Iron Mantle is overpowered relative to his other stances - The free shield every 6 seconds makes him way too durable in fights, it's base value rank 5 needs to go down just a bit.

I don't think Turtle is too strong. But if they removed the "can't crit" part it might deserve a small nerf.

Cooldown should be 15/14/13/12/11/10
Mana cost should be 65/75/85/95/105/115
Unless you can't do this.
Mana cost should be 70/80/90/100/110/120
I'm guessing the numbers for mana costs and cooldowns are restricted to 5 levels by the database, right?
