New Feature, Broadcast Notifications

After dealing with other sites that have put up annoying ads at the top bar the fact I can make it go away is a lot better than most sites would give me! Also I wanted to add that we plan on not using this feature too often, so it's not like there's going to be a different message every day.[/quote]
