I get the feeling like your going to need a bit more proof then just the fact of when the guides was made, although those are quite solid. I don't know man, it's the staffs decision not mine.

It's very uncommon for people to falsely accuse someone of plagiarism. In most cases where two guides have identical content, people will own up to it if they're warned for plagiarizing. I also don't really see what the reporter has to gain by reporting your guide. He doesn't even have a guide of his own on the site.
I've read your PMs and you do not have conclusive proof that he plagiarized you. You could easily have added the warding section to your guide later on after publishing, in which case the original reporter could be correct. Initial publish date isn't enough data to prove either side.
I unlocked your guide since I can't yet verify which of you is telling the truth. Until I have solid proof of which guide had the content first, I won't be taking action against either side.
