Atma's Impaler; What is it?

For most bruisers, crit is pretty much a wasted stat, meaning that the cost effectiveness drops with 730g. To get that 730g back, you must have a total health of 2.3k, as mentioned before. Even then, the item is just worth the exact cost of the item. Most other items of that cost are more worth than they cost, making them much more cost effective. Atma's would still be a "not-so-good" option. If you are playing a champion like Garen or Sion, then the crit value is useful, so atma's is a legit option. All other bruisers however, I would not even consider it.[/quote]
