A while ago I remembered I had a smurf account and decided to jump back in just for the sheer fun of it. Problem is, it takes forever to level up and I don't feel like spending money on XP Boosts. Is there a half-decent way to level up faster than average?

What people mainly do if EXP boosts aren't an option is play bot games. I don't know the name of the group chat off the top of my head but pretty much you win in 7 minutes or something and just spam them to level up.

I don't think that works anymore (used to be a Twisted Treeline exploit where you could end games really fast). As far as I know, most people leveling smurfs just play a ton of ARAM.
