Both builds are good but the most common one as of right now is the 
Manamune build mainly because you can get your Q evolve dirt cheap in comparison to Stormrazor or other builds. Manamune is also just better because it scales so well into later stages of the game
( Muramana) and you can hit important powerspikes much earlier in the game than you would ever do with any other build.
Personally I would decide what item I get depending on how much gold I have after the first base, but even if I had lots of gold, I'd still probably opt for Manamune, it's just better.
