The baby dash is an easy thing to give low range ADCs, to the point where it's become kind of a staple.
I kind of like what they did here overall though, they attempted to facilitate a jungling ADC by giving it sustain, max health damage, scaling outside of items, and utility beyond simply killing things. In other words they overloaded the **** out of this kit.

Oops, I misread the ability. I thought it only prevented the target from dying and the AoE was where it would heal. Still don't think it's gonna be super amazing. Just pick some AoE CC of your own. Like the fun combo, Curse of the Sad Bullet Time. 100% of the time, it works 70% of the time.
