Tbh, the champion has really really poor AD scaling and Sated has been nerfed in pbe where it only procs on the 4th aa for ranged champion. So far nothing really game breaking has been really noticed on pbe and I seriously wouldn't recommend going sated in anyway. Also she has decent to bad snowball potential since her only real scaling ability is her passive (cause poor ad ratios boyz) her base damage is high and is enough to make her a viable early game jungle pick with great transition into late (unless she falls behind, then she's useless like any other adc) When she gankq, make sure you can assist her with just one minor cc or completely destroy your lane opponent with hard cc. She does A LOT of damage early game and has quite decent burst. Counterjungling her without a camp closer or cc has been proven to be quite difficult since she can kite really well within frenzy zone (probably kite you to oblivion) and..well high base damage Kappa.
Overall she's a fun champ to play and her ult is tricky to use, but you can safe someone from a xerath ulti=D
