And if not, how do you decide the winners? With a RNG machine on Google or something?

The winners are chosen from a raffle, meaning that they are all selected all at random, making it as fair as possible for any contestant that participates. You can win how many times in a row as you'd like, or just once if you don't, but you'll always have the same chance of winning as all other people that has beaten this weeks challenge. @ Venomshire
