It'll be coming in the future. As for custom ToC, I believe you can still create your own using anchors/go-tos like a lot of authors with single-chapter guides are doing currently. However part of the intention of this update is to reduce the need for authors to do so much of the guide organization themselves. Stuff like custom chapter headers should allow more authors to customize the look of their guide without creating unnecessary extra work for them.[/quote]
