Update: Option to require a comment before...

In order to enable this on an existing build, you must check the box and then click PUBLISH. If you check the box and only click save, it will not actually be enabled until you later click publish. If you enable this feature, any user that tries to vote on your build (whether they are voting up or down) will get a pop up asking them to explain why they are voting the way they are. Upon submitting this pop up their comment will appear marked with their vote, for everyone to see. If the user then deletes this comment, their vote will be deleted along with it. Note that, if this happens, the cache may take some time to refresh before it is reflected in your score, but rest assured the vote is gone. Beyond that everything works like normal. If you go back and disable this feature later, the existing vote comments will stay but future votes will not be asked to comment.
