I really like Nature's Call Circle Defense, but the map clearly isn't finished :(
(dunno how to find the newest version tho)
It has a lot of awesome functions, but a few things are quite buggy. Towers with activated abilities for example doesn't work like they should.

YouTD is... there are no words to describe it. It's addictive if you learn how to play it properly.
It has 300 levels/round of creeps.
And then it has a bonus round where the creeps start off weak then get harder and harder until you lose all of your % of life.
The closest thing I think I can compare it to is Element TD, but it has items and multiplayer. It contains towers, items and other stuff made by the community.

OoooOOoo, YouTD seems really good after taking a quick look. Something that often shows if a map is good or not is if it's coded in J***, which this is.
Still, check out Nature's Call if you can find a newer version than 1.1b (the one I have). Things like movable towers (you can make them into items) and towers with automatic spells are really cool. There's a tower merchant that moves around the map sellin' stuff. There are summon towers, which summon a creature to fight and there's spells like a short bind or stun, but those don't work in 1.1b
