I wash my hand like, 4 times a day. I think it's still too little. My brother is a MD, and he always gives me flak for not being clean enough whenever I see him :P

It would force everyone to wear tophats! Or I guess I would change a few things in the education so that the education focusses more on the learning process itself and how to live a happy live, rather than actually teaching the kids stuff they dont care about.
