Lower quality for the purpose of loading faster is fine, since we shouldn't be putting images in unless they're necessary to prove a point; as long as the quality is enough for the point, we needn't be over concerned about artifacting. [/quote] You'll enjoy the Haruhi stuff. It's pretty good, all things considered. Just make sure you watch it in broadcast order; like Baccano!, breaking the non-linearity of the narrative kinda' ruins it. I do suggest skipping most of the Endless 8 in season 2, though; you'll get why when you get there. I watched a few episodes of Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere, but it didn't really interest me. I just couldn't figure out what the hell was supposed to be going on. It wasn't bad, per se... just boring. Maybe I just didn't get the historical-drama-in-space! aspect of the show, though. Just please don't. It's unnecessary at best and potentially dangerous. And, honestly, the lack of Haruhi in the movie was a big minus for me. Her insanity, and how everyone around her has to deal with it, is my favorite part of the series. Also it meant that there couldn't be any development on the obvious romantic plot between her and Kyon, which is apparently not ever going to actually be explored in anime form.
