Speaking of mate, I was playing this cool game Wildlife Park and was doing the final mission (there are 20 missions to complete as well as free play mode), the objective of which was to breed every species (there's about 45) of animals. Played ages and bred 44 animals when I realised the Grizzly bears were bugged, they'll mate, the female would be pregnant, then after a few ingame months she'd just stop being pregnant, but not give birth.
So I decided to e-mail steam support and exchanged a few e-mails with the really nice developers who fixed the bug for me and offered me the Wildlife Park DLC for helping them by contacting them and sharing my save file!
The bug prevented me from getting some achievements and I got 'em now!
