I stopped reading when you started calculating crit damage modifiers with his Q.
They don't stack. It was absurdly OP when it did, as you could potentially 1 shot anything that isn't Baron or a 300 Armor tank. That includes Dragon.

Well about hes deceive i took it from the wiki, quoting:
"deceive's damage bonus replaces the normal critical strike modifier, causing it to actually do less than a normal critical until the skill is at least at rank 4. It is affected by critical damage bonuses like Infinity Edge.
Deceive will apply bonus critical damage on top of its modifier. For instance, with Infinity Edge (+50%), Lethality (+10%), and Rank 5 Deceive, Shaco will deal bonus damage equal to 280% of his attack damage. This is before any other bonuses or mitigation are applied. Note that if Shaco were to attack the target from behind it would deal 20% additional damage on top of the critical strike itself."

First of all, no.
Crit damage runes are utter garbage. They only come into effect late game. On an early/mid game champ, this is obviously a bad thing. It doesn't matter if you crit for 420% on that one attack if you don't kill anything come mid game because they bought a smidgen of armor.
100 armor is easily obtainable by mid-late game with a guardian angel, armor seals and the support's Aegis as well as one's natural armor per level. That cuts your crit to 210% of your AD. Not lookin so hot now, is it?

But we aren't done yet, 305% crit damage is what every champ can do,so now we are gonna add the bonus from
(305 crit damage * 1.20 * 1.015= 371% crit damage, this is for sure quite high, but there are still 2 more factors to include.
The first is shaco's Q
140%/160%/180%/200%/220%. This means that before you rank it too lvl 4 you will deal less damage on your crits then you actually would deal from a normal crit. this ain't that big of a deal tho, 1st if we rank our
