They probably toned down her CC for that reason. Rod of Ages keeps her damage a little more viable. Then Either Sell Philo Stone or keep it depending on the situation. AP Nuke Leona Runes: MPen reds/ AP per level, Health per level seals/AP per level blues/Flat AP Quints AP Nuke Leona Items: RoA, Sorc Boots, Hextech Revolver or Guinsoo's Rage Blade, Death Cap, Void Staff Masteries could be whatever your playstyle fits for any of these builds.[/quote]
