I just think people should stop thinking about meta altogether and start thinking about "Functional" lanes.
I think the game has evolved to the point where the community can now decide for themselves what to put where, and they should be capable of doing some creative lane combos now :)

Regardless of what you think of Tank/AP Cho, it's still a viable build for him.

Catalyst is unnecessary on Cho, he has tons of natural sustain through his passive and a lot of health from his ultimate. Catalyst would be an overkill.
