A concept is supposed to be flexible, so the skill sets that we vote on later will determine the more specific things - but future threads will be subject to a lot of debate over fine points of the concept.

Honestly, they are all good ideas. We really wont be able to tell which is the better idea until we become more specific. I will note this however. DOTs effectiveness begin to fall off late game. Tanky champs and champs with high nuke or cc rule the game. Team fights usually take place over seconds.
I would like to see something that is not only interesting but something that will actually change the game a little. I want something that forces people to build or at least think differently.
