this isn't exactly a support, this is an anti support debuffer.

passive is anti support seeing as a majority of support champs have a heal.
q and e, to discourage/prevent supports from hanging around the team (well not just supports, but all champs in general.)
and obviously r is pretty anti support, along with w but in the sense that its the opposite of support on w.

(Q): CAC1 launches a line projectile (skillshot) that explodes on hit. The explosion deals damage, reveals, and slows enemies
Note: Pretty straight forward.
(W): (Passive): CAC1's attacks do additional bonus magic damage on-hit.
(Active): CAC1's next attack will double all on-hit effects and apply grievous wounds to an enemy for X seconds.
Notes: Will be on low cooldown
(E): CAC1 curses an area causing enemy champions on it to become more vulnerable to CC effects and take damage per second.
Notes: Basically I want CAC1 to make CC on her team more effective, boosting duration of said CC by a percent if it is applied while on the "cursed area"
(R): CAC1 summons an enormous meteor that crashes onto the field dealing massive damage and knocking back enemies. Afterwards the area that the meteor landed at will become unpassable for X seconds.
Notes: I'm imagining something like Gragas's explosive cask except much slower. The skill would first cast a small shadow on the field that grows overtime as it's about to land. The after effect will be much like trundle's pillar except alot bigger.

Basically this kit should allow her to be both a viable ranged DPS or mage, while still doing her job as an anti-support. Thoughts?

- All Buffs/Heals are X less effective for Y seconds upon being hit by this champs spells or AA
Q: Depravity
- Release a time delayed blast dealing X damage (similar to
Lay Waste)
- Lowers AD/AP of an enemy by Y for Z seconds and spreads it to nearby allies dividing it % wise (3 allies 33%, etc.)
W: Indignation
- Passive: All CC and Debuff's duration are increased by X% per Y enemy champions
- Active: steals X% of the enemys heals or buffs (This includes Lifesteal and Spellvamp). HP stolen is converted into mana. Excess mana becomes HP.
E: Spiral Warp
- Deals X damage per level +%AP and fears the target for X seconds
- If another target is Y distance away the fear jumps to them as well as lowering their MR by X * number of jumps
- Max Jumps per level Z (I would suggest 1/2/3/4/4 without being able to hit a target twice)
R: Totemic Resolution
- Drops a Totem in an area
- Enemy champs within X distance take Y magic damage
- Enemy champs within X distance are tethered to the totem and cannot move more than Y distance from it for Z seconds (cleansable)
- Enemies tethered are effected by darkness like Noc's ult

thinking of a bit of a sneaky hero, much like a rogue in most rpg's (working with poisons).

Visfarix: I'm thinking that that passive is SLIGHTLY too powerful for a ranged carry. Lowering armor is one thing that most carries don't have the capability to do naturally, aside from Corki, who has to be kinda close to do it and lowers it rather slowly. An extension on CC, as your E skill suggests, is also extremely powerful. Even if it were, say, a 25% duration extension, that's still an additional half second on Galio's taunt, which is quite substantial.
Read: I like that passive. I like that it inflicts a "grievous wounds" type effect, but not as strong.
Nighthawk: Like what I said about Visfarix's idea, an extension on CC is a lot stronger than many people realize, especially if it's now a passive. Q is too anti-tanky, while we want to stick as much to anti-support as possible. The R just reminds me of

So far most of the skills i've seen are CC or have to do with CC/burst, which imo is OP on a support champion, especially skills with damage reduction/increased damage if you aren't careful.
Isn't a big part of support champions being able to CC enemies, thus allowing allies to finish them? It is just a different kind of support. In that sense, technically speaking, tanks are just meatshield supports. After all, that is what they asked for.
