Click: Gives 6-14 movement speed and reduces slow effects with 10% for 4 minutes.
Price: 250 gold

What are your thoughts on this? Would it be a viable item/consumable?

I have changed the item and made a scaling:
6 MS - lvl 1-6
10 MS - lvl 7-12
14 MS - lvl 12-18

Yup, versatile on all champions.

Yeah I'd like it in lategame for faster pushes and more mobility in the teams.
That was kinda my idea when making the item.

I made the Leona Sig all by myself :D

Would be OP if the CCR stacked with Tenacity, but it sounds like a good idea tbh!

Sounds like a mini portable Yi ult mixed with a mini olaf ult, so it should be like one.
However this would not be viable late game that way imo.
4 minutes is too long, and anything shorter than 4 minutes is way too short for an elixir, at least until (if) Riot makes ward and elixir slots.

The CCR does not stack with tenacity. I've reduced the MS buff significantly, how does it look now?

I can see the problem with the duration, but I thought that it would be strange to have an elixir with a shorter duration than the rest.
