Like said, Quints are worth to replace. I use them on every support. When it comes to Seals, I prefer Flat Armor.

The quints are ok.
The seals are slightly below ok.
No GP10 runes are "must-haves".

They're among the best, but GP10 quints are definitely not THE strongest quints on supports.
The seals are just meeeeeeh, even on supports.
Considering armor seals exist, I'd say that gp10 seals are "worse than nothing" tier.
Tri lane for life.
Don't see anything bad about GP10 quints, really. Not all the games go very smooth and sometimes, when your AD carry is stupid enough not to be able to kill, but you still need some gold to at least buy wards, GP10 helps.
Maybe not the best choice, but I personally like them. Definitely not bad for supports.

he's totally right, you should be using the assist per 10 min quints !
What's a point of getting GP10 items then? Just get a couple more assists? Wouldn't it be easier?
Doesn't make sense. Assists are not guaranteed in every game. Sometimes you are just out of luck, completely.

Every 9 runes in the game are stronger then their respective 3 Quints, Goldseals arent, so they are not worth it
