How much AP should you get before buying...

Depending on how the game is going, I could go for [[Abyssal Scepter]] if I'm not heavy enough or i could go for [[Mejai's Soulstealer]] -only- if I'm having a really good game (They usually quit when they see me with upwards of 10 stacks). In most cases I'm just heavily situational which is why I haven't ever dipped below silver, though I'm too risky during play to rise to gold.[/quote]

The heal increase and the CDR are way too important for him. Nothing else even comes close to what that item does for him.[/quote]
