Which stats do you prioritize on Kassadin?
AP is obviously necessary. The rest is situational. Though CDR is often taken (I prefer a stable amount of 15-30% cdr without
Elixir of Brilliance). I do run a good amount of everything, though I only take magic penetration if it's a must.

I'm finding that it really is a mixture, but there usually is one stat that is emphasized along with AP. Your main build for instance relies on a lot of health/defenses. Your seals of health, defensive masteries, magic resistance / tenacity from boots, and armor from Zonnya's means you're more focused on health instead of mana or cooldown reduction. Mana seems secondary as it isn't why Lich Bane is good. If you did want more mana you would buy an Archangel's instead, right?
Two quite recent kassadin games, one prioritises more damage, the other a second RoA:


In both of them I did well obviously and I let the game decide my general build. In some games you'd want more damage mid-game which results into a Dcap and DFG while in other games, we want longer teamfights and then you can go double RoA. Stat priority depends on the game.
P.S. Yes I am aware of the fact that my elo sucks more than the village people on a good sunday morning.

Well this doesn't surprise me that you're playing Kassadin well. But you forgot to post the graphs from post-game stats. I'm not really concerned with scores. What I'm really looking for are magic damage stats to compare item variations. The experiment is meant to decipher how much magic damage certain items builds are doing over time along with relative aspects like how much damage you're taking. I just showed my score and build so you could recognize that it is in fact my typical item path that yielded those results.
Why did you go with 2 RoA's in the second match? Like what specifically convinced you that you should? From what I see extra damage was a lot more effective. Both games were about 37 minutes but your first game had more kills, more assists, more CS, and more overall gold. There's definitely a correlation with those numbers and more damage output. I wish you showed your magic damage and compared both item paths that way because that would of been valuable information since both matches were the same duration. It's going to be difficult to replicate that.

So far from what I've heard the most popular combination for more than 2 stats is ability power, health, and mana. Hopefully if more people vote we can get a better overall picture.
