With the obvious exception of Trydamere not dying, Galio and Nunu would be quite effective in neutralizing entire teams endlessly. Galio would do it better imo, since his ult has the taunt component. I understand the ramifications of Soraka never leaving the pool, but she would have to lane sometime; she couldn't outheal everyone by remaining at level one the whole game. By being in the lane, Galio would neutralize her as well, and leave the rest of your team to mop up while she is incapacitated.

Ashe could snipe spawn spammers and stun them endleslly possibly doing enough damage for a kill
