Honestly the only person I ever get it on is Urgot and only if I want a tear early or something. What I've noticed though is that it usually ends up giving me more AD than my fully stacked BT While costing a lot less even if I were to buy a rad scythe with it. But usually I can afford both the Manamune and the BT.

Ez def doesn't need Manamune, yes you spam better but you dont need it, it's called learning to conserve your mana lol, hell if all we wanted to do was spam skills we can just take clarity and skip the 2k gold and all that time farming it up.
Yorick is the only one who needs it, like i said, although if you did want to just spam skills all day Urgot would be the best choice since he's such a lane bully and that just increases his lane presence.

I get Manamune on everything that has mana and a spell with a 4 second cooldown.

Hahaha I kinda feel trolly. Getting rewarded for throwing out my q to farm every time it's up. But yeah. I'd say it's at least a good pick on
Urgot. Usually about 80-90 AD as soon as i buy it. Plus infinite mana, and it's relatively cheap.

imo double BT would be better.
Because one of his abilities is a gap closer/escape, one of his abilities is a MEGA buff for your teamfight that also stacks his passive and translates into more damage, and his Q is his main source of poke and what allows Ezreal to be Ezreal.
I thought it was pretty obvious why Manamune is pretty good on Ez. I think you'd have to be kinda slow or maybe a massive sheep not to be able to see that it's at least a viable option. He stacks it really fast too, and Manamune actually gives a healthy chunk of AD when fully stacked.
BT is fine but if you go OOM on Ezreal you're useless as **** and if you can't spam Q's you're losing more damage than a BT can provide. Just think about it for a while.

You mean being constricted by a low mana pool so you literally cannot use your abilities.

Ezreal is not a traditional AD carry. His passive needs to be pumping for him to hyper carry, and you want to poke during the down periods. Not using your skills is a massive SACRIFICE of damage on Ezreal, even if you build more damage to make up for it, you're not going to be dealing more damage and your utility will suffer for the choice.
You can either have blue buff all the time, or you need something like Manamune (It's the only realistic item to accomplish the spam you'll want) to make up for the fact that taking blue from an AP is only a good idea if you're hard carrying and want the CD's.
End of story.
