You didnt say traps enough....
A champion like the one you suggest would have some fight utility only when your team fights in your own set up. Meaning A LOT of pre-planning, essentially you'd have to lay out a strategy and try to get the enemy to play by it for it to work. AP Teemo for instance has some solid damage because of his traps/poison/blinding dart, but without your team fighting in or around your traps they're completely useless.

Team play is what this game is all about. It's noobs on the teams that let you down. This champion I feel would be very useful in a pre-made games for both 3v3's and 5v5's, where the players are communicating over skype for instance.
Also getting an enemy to fall into your strategy is quite easy if you know what you are doing.
This champion will probably be reasonably hard to play, because of the fact that you have to decieve your opponents in order to gain kills and assists, not because it's hard to lay a trap.

Except for someone like me, understanding how an opponent's champion works nullifys your idea. AP Teemo has Traps, but they are a small part of his kit.
What you're suggesting is a champion who effectively does nothing, has no way to farm, no way to harass in lane, has no sustain, nothing what so ever...Honestly considering you didn't even give your champion an ability to lay traps....You're either extremely excited at the thought that this would have been a good idea, or you're careless.
If I had to make this champ it'd be
Lay Trap (Q): Champion lays a trap which stealths after .5 seconds. The trap deals x damage over x seconds once an enemy steps into its range. Lasts X minutes.
Infuse Trap/Recouperate Trap (W): Passive increase your traps damage by X amount. Active refill your trap counter.
Shadow's Grace/Shadow Strike (E): Your champion gains stealth for X seconds. When in proximity to an enemy champion or minion attack them from the shadows dealing x damage. Double the damage if attacking from stealth.
Trap Master (R): Passive: Increase your trap's activation radius by X percent. Active: Lay special traps. (Special traps have a width and a small radius but are essentially trip wires. Think of Malzahar's silencing reticule or Anivia's wall. That's what the trap covers, and it's how you lay it.

A champion like this would be EXTREMELY annoying to play against. It's taking AP teemo or AP shaco and putting their annoyingness on steroids. Playing as this champ though can be either really frustrating or hilarious. You're completely dependent on what enemy champs do and having your team lure enemy champs to trapped areas.
I like the idea, but I don't think it really fits into the league metagame.

50 seconds of stealth is what

Twitch are allowed. The thing that brings this champion down to be not overpowered is that it relies soley on its traps, and therefore can only do damage if the enemy falls for the trap.
In dominion i agree, this champion would be OP at defending, but then it would be up to both teams to use this champion (or ban it), aswell as sacrifising a player for the rest of the team to run in afterwards to capture the turret.

however the only downside to this champion, is that it relies on its traps, as its abbilities should be:
Passive) Every time a trap kills an enemy champion, the champion gains a permanent increase in attack speed + movement speed, which lasts until death. Also the champion gains the ability to lay a trap every minute, and has the capability to hold up to a maximum of 5 traps at once.
1) Increase the trap duration by 2min (2,4,6,8,10)
2) Increase the champion stealth duration by 10sec (10,20,30,40,50)
3) Increase the trap damage
Ultimate) Instantly gives the champion max traps.
The traps should deal magic damage, so that the champion can either be played AP, or AD.
Please comment on this idea and give me feedback on what you think.
