Rylai's and Mordekaiser

When you can survive most of the pokes and kill an enemy with over half hp, so you may continue farming and shit. It's an item that has near perfect synergy with Morde. When team fights erupt, considering you got your farming straight and you will be fed enough to deal damage you can get your early lich bane, followed by gunblade.. etc. I shall add this screenshot to show that in a 30 min game, I ended up doing 200k damage with rylai's included... most of my success was based on Rylai's benefits for mid game. Or range E a slow effect [/quote] If Unit A has a 20% slowing effect on him, any slowing effect under 20% will be added to him, but at 65% reduced effect. It's the strongest slow, not the first one. (If it was the first one, you would wait for Karthus wall, because his 80% slow > your 15% slow.) Also, I play US. The 90% thing was a bit of an exaggeration, but spell vamp means you don't die. But, basically what Jebus said, FoN+Lich Bane > Rylai's.[/quote]
