25 life regen 20 mana regen , 350 hp , 40 ap?
For 3000+ gold i'd rather get a Fiendish Codex and a Shurelya's Battlesong
I'd be getting 25% CDR, 2 mana regen, 5 hp regen, and losing 10 ap and 20 hp for 155 more gold.
Also, know that it wouldn't be worth it unless the ward's Cooldown were less than 85 seconds, as you could just buy one with the 15g/5 from the three items.

Sounds just amazing, but I don't think Riot wants to give another reason to stack gold per 10 items XD

except that it half pays for itself when you are buying the components and has a free ward. But then again you could just hold the gold per 10 and buy wards with those.
