He was meant to be an ADC but he has REALLY high AP ratios so ppl will probly play him as an AP alot too if hes released as is.

This is ******ed. Why give such huge ratios to an ADC? Making more builds viable is damned good reason, but holy hell they've gone way overboard. Honestly, he just needs tuning on Q and R, make Q drop from 0.9/0.9 (AP/AD) to something like 0.3/0.7 and make R scale A LOT less on AS.
But no worries, there no chance he'll make live in his current state. If he ever does because riotbrainfart, permaban.

HE ALSO TOTALLY DOESN'T HAVE A RELIABLE HIGH RANGE LOW CD ABILITY WITH 0.9 AP RATIO.
AND A PASSIVE THAT WORKS ******EDLY WELL WITH
SO YEAH I HOPE RIOT DOESN'T FIX THAT BECAUSE IT'S BALANCED AS F.
