The Great Book Of F*cked Up Builds

In tournaments, champion scores aren't so important - victory is (ofc kills give you the very needed money but victory is the ultimate goal, you can win with negative stats). Then, fulfilling some role in the team is the thing that matters. 'Are you kidding me?' no 2. Of course this builds aren't recommended to play in 'deadly serious games'. I probably wouldn't risk playing ranked 5v5 with these builds, even if there still would be a chance of owning with them. These builds are definitely made for normal games, or solo rankeds if you won't miss your ELO. You seem to be a damn serious person. Go play serious rankeds with friends (or not, friends are too bad and may cause you to lose, get some pros), plan your strategy for a week and then go getting 'good stats in the tournaments' :> This game is supposed to be a fun. Some people find it nice to win games no matter what, some try strange builds and enjoy owning with them. I guess you haven't even tried AD Annie anyway.
