I go:

Kages
Negatron
Sorcs
Deathcap or Abyssal
Abyssal or Deathcap
DFG
But i skill very differently.

The only problem I've had using Cho top, is that I can't hard carry with him.
I almost never lose my lane with him, and he has great damage for how much utility he has, but if your carries don't know how to play, there's not much you can really do with him :/
