What to build on new Garen?

[quote=Xenotechie]Looked over these ideas, and, while I have a general idea what to build on him : [[Boots of Swiftness]], IE, [[Phage]] and FM later, [[Youmuu's Ghostblade]], GA and/or Maw, and I could probably fit in Bloodthirster and [[Zeke's Herald]] somewhere in there. Hovewer, I have no idea for a build order. I only got some blade stacking and boots in the early game, followed by a rushed IE clear, but nothing else beyond that. If I get the damage items first, I am not exploiting the armor passive, and if I build survivability items first, I fall off mid-game , and can't think of a way to combine them. In fact, I am not sure about using IE at all. Don't really like an early [[The Brutalizer]], it doesn't seem to be nearly as effective on new [[Garen]] as it was on the old one.[/quote]
