League of Legends (LoL) Question: How to play Ashe?

    How to play Ashe?

I find that Ashe has a very poor early game. But her late game depends on her doing well in the early game. How do we overcome this early game problem?

Ashe's early game isn't too bad. She has pretty good harass if you can use Volley effectively and she gains good kill potential after 6 with Enchanted Crystal Arrow, especially if you can enlist the help of your jungler.

I usually like to run with a ranged support that can defend Ashe during the early game (with CC, defense buffs, shields and/or heals) and can help her harass when you catch someone a little out of position. Sona works pretty nicely if you're going for more aggression. Janna's a bit better if you need more protection since she has 3 really strong CCs and a shield.

You can also run with more aggressive supports ( Taric, Leona, Alistar), but that's a little more ballsy. It probably depends on the enemy lane matchup whether or not you can get away with that. Speaking of matchups, it's generally a good idea to wait for the enemy team to pick their support and/or AD carry before choosing Ashe (though you can pick her early if you must). If you notice a more defensive support ( Janna, Soraka) or an AD with a weaker early game ( Vayne, Kog'Maw), then it might be safer to pick Ashe.

Post-6, just try to make plays with Enchanted Crystal Arrow. That's probably the main reason to pick Ashe in the first place (though her permaslow with Frost Shot is quite nice as well). As long as you don't get extremely behind early, her late game's pretty good because of her CC utility that most other AD carries lack.

Ashe's early game is terrible and Volley does not compete at all with other AD abilities.

Only way to play Ashe is to farm safely, try not to lose your lane, and wait until team fights start happening, because that is when she shines.

Her early game is quite bad compared to other AD's.
Her Volley is avoidable through minion blocking, so you can just choose hard harass champs like Ez Graves or Corki to outharass her easily early.

Well if you don't want to read me, read an experienced players guide
Ashe's Guide By jhoijhoi as Hogopogo stated before...

My advices are... first Volley then go for Zeal and Vampiric Scepter. Then start building Phantom Dancer , blood thirster and Infinity Edge

I assumed that you know how to play ashe...
If you don't really know... here are the basics...
If you have a mate, try your chance at first blood, if you don't just don't stay and defend your lane...
First take the ability Volley then Hawkshot... you will need that extra gold
Also somepeople use items giving extra gold such as Heart of Gold depends on your play
Try to become agressive at mid-game

Harass by auto-attack + Frost Shot then run away with Volley if you are able to harass

and please read the guide :D

    utilize her E:
    - farm greatly
    - avoid ganks with correct use

Never try your luck with your R:
    Scenario:
    >omg yi's about to die.
    >throw R
    >miss
    >enemy engage a clash
    >no R
    >enemy ace
    >Defeat!

    ZONE PROPERLY

Volley from maximum range to harass, never go in for auto attacks unless you have your support in front of you. Ward and use your E effectively to prevent ganks. You'll do just fine if you farm it up.

Picking Ashe means you probably want to either farm up and scale into lategame faster then the enemy adc, or that you want to make plays with her ult.

Her early game is alright but not the best and like embracing said can be easily countered by minion blocking. However i've seen a couple pro players (mainly aphro) play with an E max first while in a sustained lane (eg soraka) and do well, getting IE way earlier then he normally would.

oh, janna and soraka are probably the best supports for ashe, sona is fine as well though and can be good vs some matchups.

    How do you play ashe?
Get the first auto attack on a champion and combo it with W
Pretty much halves their health on the spot
Im not going to say anything past that since the new meta is coming soon and it may change a lot of things though I dont expect much of a difference in terms of builds for ADCs (BT, PD, IE, LW)
But who knows, the meta might just fly out the window

Ashe is the queen of kiting. You may have some mana issues if you spam hard, but it's all in the support you have (And the enemy's one).

I don't play Ashe myself, but I played against a lot of good Ashes. They harrass a lot and keep themselves farming passively. They can harrass with an autoattack or two sometimes and escape with her two slows, plus her vision makes her lane one of the safest.

They rush Zeal also, for infinite kiting.

    Zeal rushes are bad.
