AP= easier to play, potential 1 shots, extreme tower damage
AD= More entertaining(debateable)? You can right click? (But you can do the same with AP if u build nashor's or Lich Bane)
AP bot is borderline broken probably not meta tho. CSing is a little bit harder early game

I am actually a big fan of AD Ezreal, building:
Mananume -> Boots of Lucidity -> Trinity Force -> ADAPTIVE
I played AP Ezreal too but I am not happy with farming and low continuous damage :(

Ez is largely the same as before. AD will be better still, but AP is also playable. It will be offmeta though.

Ez wasn't reworked. I mean, maybe his hairstyle was, but that's about it. No change from before.

A minor change is not a rework. It gives him a little more pushing power, that's about it. No impact to his playstyle.
