Yes, but there's one important thing you're forgetting:

It's ****ing blue.

Ugh, never liked Essence Reaver on Ezreal. The CDR is wasted unless you build more crit and the mana on crit is useless if you're not doing crits.

EDIT: Not to mention the CDR is probably wasted anyways since any Sheen upgrade already gives 20% CDR.

The FULL blue build, OG, now has a tinsie bit of crit from Essence, but You are in the fact that crit isn't a stat you really look to build on EZ.
