How to get people to listen to you

I main jungle and I have this communication problem with my team. I know as a jungler I have the tools necessary to take objectives, but for some reason, my team never really follows my pings or messages. Some examples would be: Instead of taking dragon after a successful counter-gank bot leaving the enemy jungler, adc, and support dead, they would rather back right after, leaving me standing at drag looking like an idiot, since I can't solo it. An even worse one would be if we get an ace and take baron, i'm pinging to get mid tier 2, but they just up and back and lollygag for the next 4 minutes pi***ng away the buff, not getting anything done. I mean, I normally win these kinds of games, so i'm not really placing the blame on my team for losses, it's just so annoying how everybody seems to be on their own agenda, and I have no idea how to pull us together as a team for better and faster wins.

In solo queue? You can't. Solo queue is all about creating leads to carry your team / getting carried when behind.

Best bet is to spam ping.

This post just looks like complaining about people not listening tbh.

~~sometimes~~ most times pings are not enough depending on your elo, especially if it's low. you might want to quickly type out your plan. "it's safe to take dragon lets go!" "their jungle and bot is dead lets do dragon"

But at least you have learned that the game is more objective based then kill based. You will climb a lot faster then most players that are just happy to spend their gold then to invest in an objective.

I mean, I kind of was asking a question with my last sentence, as it stated what I wanted to know. I could have switched that last sentence into being a question, then I guess it wouldn't sound so much like a rant? Either way, thanks for your input.
