Completely unplayable matchup, Kindred. You will get constant invaded / played on; only way to win is to get a lead early on a counter gank or something. Can just run into your jungle early and ruin your game.
Udyr
Another super hard matchup, my personal perma-ban. He will just stat check you on every play, he clears the same, if not faster than you, and is always a huge threat on the map. 2nd most difficult matchup. If you fall behind at all you will LOSE. Take Phase Rush everytime as you will basically never be able to fight him 1 on 1 with conqueror.
Ivern
3rd most difficult matchup. You NEED to get a huge lead on this champion / build serpents fang otherwise the game will just be over. Even if you have a huge lead it is still hard to play just because of how the champ is designed.
Vayne
Super hard ADC to play into, can kite you forever and will just condemn you the second you get on top of her. If she is ever has a remote lead on your adc she will just murder you.
Diana
A fairly difficult matchup, can clear faster than you and has better early objective control imo. Going against a good Diana player can be hell.
Master Yi
I do not like this matchup very much, as this champion just seems to always get at least 1 successful gank off on first clear. It is just an annoying matchup where there is slight outplay potential but Yi will def get the upper hand most of the time.
Jarvan IV
Not a majorly bad matchup for hecarim, however if you do not get a lead the game will become super unplayable for you as he will generally always be more useful on even gold.
Xin Zhao
Can invade you a lot, need to watchout fighting him early and play fights / CDs well. His clear speed is pretty shit if he doesnt go titanic which can allow you to massively out-tempo him.
Talon
This champion likes to look for lvl 3 crossmap invades and can set you super behind off of it. If he is allowed to snowball the game is pretty much just over. If you can force him just to farm it is in your favor.
Evelynn
Very similar to Talon in the snowballing aspect. This matchup is super easy if Evelynn isn't allowed to get a massive lead, if she is ever 1.5k+ gold up on you, your game is pretty much over.
Karthus
Karthus is interesting because you can absolutely destroy him till 20 minutes but then it feels like you are 4 levels and an item up and he is still just shredding you through Maw. The reason this is a medium matchup is because you NEED to get a lead on him but it is also very easy to get a lead on him early as you will outduel him on every obj / can invade him easily.
Graves
Graves is not super threatening, however if he is allowed to free farm and out-tempo you, he will win. You need to use every opportunity you are given to punish this champion.
Lee Sin
Bad to take early, pre-6 fights against him. You need to play against his cooldowns well in order to win the early game; however, if you get a lead on him, you can just snowball pretty easily to victory
Kha'Zix
This champion can be super annoying/unplayable with a lead. All of your early plays need to be thought out well. He is super punishing to play against and can snowball out of control.
Rengar
This matchup is super annoying as you can never really fight him 1 on 1 and he will always be a major invade threat. If you are able to get a lead you can snowball and put him super far behind though. I like conqueror into him but pr is fine too.
Bel'Veth
Super annoying matchup, you need to always have eyes on your chickens as she loves to invade them the second they spawn. If you manage to get a decent lead on her the matchup can become super good for you. I like to take conqueror and try to out tempo and fight her when I can.
Kayn
This champion loves to cheese raptors lvl 1 or take his raptors and run to your gromp and kill you. He is (weaker) pre-form and sort of punishable, however if you get a lead against him he feels pretty useless and vice-versa.
Thank you for reading my Hecarim guide, I will try my best to update it as the days go by, however if you are interested in gameplay, my YT / Twitch / Tiktok are down below.
