I randomly became a worse player
so recently i set out to climb to platinum , i am currently gold gold 3 with about 50lp , i had a massive win streak and even recently got a legendary kill (basically hexakill) i started to notice my farm and reaction time started to go down , after 3 games i didnt even know how to trade anymore , can anyone explain what is happening or how to fix it (lost 40 lp already and my mmr is disgusting now)
im on eune and my nickname is onecombopenta

from what I can tell by your explanations, it seems that you're somewhat falling into some kind of "blackout mode", as I'll carefully call it for now. You may also call it "tilt" or "stasis" or other names. I noticed yesterday that my reaction time went down too. So you're not alone.
But what can you do in such a situation?
I usually take a break and take a step back. We know that mostly the reason things start to "fall apart" is the individual itself. So instead of blaming teams (which you're probably not doing because you were looking for answer what you could change), start to reflect on yourself. You've already taken the first step.
For the second, it's important to ask yourself some questions (that you don't have to answer here).
Questions like: Has anything lately happened that stressed me or had a similar impact on my life? For example the fear that relatives and friends could infect with COVID-19, that you're facing an uncertain future or are you pressuring yourself to pursue your goal too fast? Sometimes we set goals for ourselves that are too hard to reach. I'm sure you're skilled enough to reach your favored tier but maybe you're stressing yourself too much by wanting to reach it within a certain amount time (like within 2 weeks or "faster than my friend" etc.). There's many possible reasons why you're facing the circumstances you mentioned.
Last season, I went up to G2 80LP. It's been the highest I've even climbed to that point and after that it pretty much all went down. So what happened? The moment I noticed how successful I was, I couldn't keep it up. So I decided to take a longer break from the game and work on my apparent light fear of success. If you want to keep playing, try to change queues or try out other champions and roles. Sometimes it fixes that for a bit at least.
Sorry for the long reply, but I hope I could help you out - at least a bit. If so, I'd be happy about a +Rep or just letting me know. But it's not a must. If there's any further questions, let me know. :)
Cheers, Wicked Cherry.
All the best. ♥
