Phase Rush vs Grasp on Vladimir?
I'm trying to figure out if Phase Rush is better, seeing as Stormraider's Surge used to work so well with him. But grasp looks extremely strong for the late game. Thoughts?

I would say that phase rush isn't a great choice for Vladimir as isn't as good as 
Stormraider's Surge as it gave slow resistance. Whilst it is easy to proc I believe that Summon Aery is still the most beneficial keystone for Vladimir. Despite it's nerfs, it is really beneificial in gaining lane dominace over the enemey early. So whilst I didn't answer the question Phase Rush vs Grasp. For those two options I'd say phase rush just because movement speed does help Vladimir somewhat and Grasp is more for Melee, Top Laners.
