To Mundo, or not to Mundo?

Greetings, recently I have gotten back into playing my favorite old jungle friend, , and have done pretty well for myself in Normal Drafts.

I've begun to contemplate the idea of playing Mundo in some ranked matches (currently in Silver 4 with 52LP), however I am hesitant since I've heard that is much weaker in Season 3 and not really viable.

Personally I've not had too much trouble with Mundo Jungle. The early clears are pretty intense since you're constantly at around 25-35% HP but once you go back and pick up a it's no where near as bad.

So I realize that is in no way a "safe pick" in jungle at the moment (besides I could always just play , , or if I want to be safe) but I just wonder when is it a good idea to play Mundo Jungle, if at all?

He has great clears but his ganks suck. Decent counterjungling potential and scaling I guess.

You still can go play him if they have a non-escape ad and you want 2 kill him?

Counterjungling is no longer something you do on your own, hence both Shyv and Mundo aren't great anymore.

Pretty much what Satella said. Like , he's got a good clear time, but nothing to bring to the table in a teamfight other than HP (and HP requires money, which is harder to get in the jungle).
