League of Legends (LoL) Question: Viable kennen build?

Doran's Blade
Haunting Guise
Zhonya's Hourglass
Warmog's Armor

Then build situationally.

Sunfire Aegis, Rabadon's Deathcap, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Abyssal Mask, Void Staff, Randuin's Omen, are all good off the top of my head.

Then full build/close to full build, buy Liandry's Torment.

i dont really get why you got sunfire cape. its a tank/jungle item normally.
however, maybe an ap/as trollbuild will work(because the onhit effect on one of your skills, dont know which). items are something like malaydy,nashors toth. So just the items you would get for teemo.
didnt try the build, just an idea i had when reading your post ;)
