A Build is exactly what it says. It's a guide only consisting of the build such as items, runes abilities and such which is called the cheat sheet (The first thing you see in a guide).

Urf does not count. You're free to try out this challenge in any Draft/Blind/Ranked gamemodes.
However, we will look into challenges in the future for urf as well. :) "

Go to your Profile, into your Guide, Discussions & Media tab, if your guide is already published you should see it come up as the first option. If not then you can check the filter results and change it from Published only to All guides and it should show up for you."
