General balance changes are the ones you can find at the top of the patch notes. In the One for all changes, there are individual balance changes to make sure that one for all doesn't become unbalanced. So yes, only in one for all"

"That video is very old, all the way from 2012 so I doubt that feature is still in the game.
Unsure if you can actually change the recommended items but again, I don't really think so. However, you can make your own item sets instead and use those for your essential items that you need."

"When you send a pm, a conversation between you and the person you're messaging will start. This will allow you to reply to pm's they send and send messages back to said user in that said conversation.
But you cannot edit pm's that you've already sent."
