"In picture 1, it says "click here for verification" right above your region and name. After clicking that, a picture will show. That's the one you'll assign on your league account, after you're using that icon, then you click verify and it should work then.

"It's like it says. When you do the verification, a summoner icon shows. You need to pick that icon on your league of legends account when you are logged in, then hit verify, otherwise it won't work.
